The hotel's location is excellent, just a 25-minute walk to the Brooklyn Bridge photo op spot. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including some incredibly good value Chinese restaurants, which are a big plus for Chinese travelers. The front desk staff provided top-notch service and arranged a very satisfying breakfast for us, which was also perfectly suited to Chinese tastes.

Stayed for 8 days during the Chinese New Year, and overall, the experience was smooth and practical. As a base for travel, it's a reliable and hassle-free choice. The hotel's location is indeed excellent, with a safe surrounding area. It's within walking distance to the subway station, making getting around very convenient. It's also close to the UN headquarters, which is handy whether you're there for business or exploring the vicinity. The breakfast offers a good variety, satisfying daily dining needs, and was quite enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's front desk provides three types of complimentary drinking water, a practical detail that means you don't need to buy water daily, which is very convenient. Overall, there were no significant downsides. The 8-day stay was solid and stable. If you prioritize location, safety, and basic conveniences, this is a suitable choice.

The hotel rooms, though small, were clean and tidy, well-maintained, and in a great location—quiet despite being in a bustling area. It was very close to the subway station, making transportation convenient. For New York, it was considered good value for money.

I chose this hotel because of its high reviews, but in reality, there was construction work going on next to the highway, so it was very noisy day and night. This price is in line with the location in New York. The staff were very friendly and considerate. However, I was a bit skeptical about the fact that it took four weeks to process the refund of my $200 deposit, which I wasn't informed of in advance.
