**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | A Truly Exceptional Stay — Beyond Expectations!**
From the moment we arrived at Manhattan inn, everything was pure perfection. The check-in process was seamless and welcoming — we were greeted with a smile, a refreshing welcome drink, and helpful staff who made us feel at home instantly.
**Room:**
Our room was spotless, modern, and elegantly designed, with a breathtaking view of the city skyline/ocean/mountains (customize as needed). The bed was heavenly — I honestly had the best sleep I’ve had in months. The daily housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and small details like the nightly turndown service and complimentary bottled water made a big difference.
**Amenities:**
The infinity pool was a highlight — clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. The gym was well-equipped, and the spa treatments were heavenly. We also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and convenient business center.
**Dining:**
Breakfast was a daily treat! The buffet had everything from fresh tropical fruits and artisan pastries to made-to-order omelets and local delicacies. We dined twice at the in-house restaurant, and both meals were five-star quality — beautifully presented and incredibly flavorful.
**Service:**
What really sets Manhattan inn apart is the **exceptional service**. Every staff member we encountered — from the concierge to housekeeping — went above and beyond to ensure our
**Location:**
Perfectly located near top attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, yet still quiet enough for a restful sleep. It felt like the best of both worlds.
**Final Thoughts:**
I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but Manhattan inn genuinely stood out. Whether you’re visiting for business, romance, or a family getaway, this hotel offers outstanding value, comfort, and luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again — in fact, I can’t wait to return!

Facilities: Well-equipped.
Cleanliness: Spotless.
Environment: Great location in Manhattan, near Central Park. However, the room was really small and the price was quite high.
Service: Very good. The luggage carts were convenient, and they even helped look after my car when I temporarily parked it.
We had a grand time!
We came in early and we were pleased that we were accommodated warmly.
The place in Chelsea was really noce and we felt at home.
HAMPTON INN will now be our first choice on our next travels to the US Northeast.
Self laundry is very efficient and price effective

The location is excellent for tourists, and the room was very clean. The AC unit was a bit loud, but I had earplugs, so it didn't disturb my sleep at all. Snacks and drinks in the lobby were reasonably priced, a welcome change from the rip-off prices often found at shops outside. Breakfast was quite disappointing, especially compared to the Hilton Garden Inn on Queen Street I stayed at before, which was far superior. If the Hampton on my upcoming itinerary offers similar breakfast quality, I'll seriously consider switching hotels.

The front desk staff were proactive in trying to solve problems, but the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. We didn’t want to know, but we ended up learning the hair color of the previous guest.
Having only two elevators was an inconvenience, but the relaxed pace of travel made it more tolerable. The hot water and coffee were really great.

The hotel is located in Midtown East, very close to the UN headquarters. This means there are police cars around, which makes the area feel quite safe and peaceful, with no loitering. Public transportation is also very convenient, with many bus routes nearby. The room isn't huge, but it's just about enough. Breakfast options aren't extensive, but they're sufficient to fill you up. The only thing is that the air conditioning in the back room of the restaurant is really cold. You'd need a jacket if you're going for breakfast in the summer! 😃
Arrived to a pot smelling room. They suspect that the window was open and the smell drifted in. I had to stay another night and that room had left over toiletries that were obviously already used. The staff were helpful in letting me change rooms and were fast to respond.
Debit card holds of $200 need to wait 30 days for release which they don’t tell you, only saying credit cards are a few days. Annoying to have to keep track of it for so long.
The area is a little questionable between the subway to the hotel at nighttime. Not well lit in areas and not many people around with dark construction sites and no footpaths.

We arrived in New York City for a friend’s birthday party and were greeted by a warm and friendly staff with genuine smiles. We live in the area for its convenience to the subway, and we were impressed by the great service we received from everyone at the property. From breakfast to accommodation for our four-year-old son, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to families and friends. 🙂

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location and seems to have been recently renovated. While it looks a bit old, the facilities are well-maintained. The paid parking lot has limited spaces, but you can usually find a spot. There's free parking outside, but it's not easy to find a space. The breakfast seems decent—a simple American-style breakfast with some daily changes. Overall, it offers great value for money.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and the service was warm and attentive. It's very close to the airport, about a 10-minute drive, and they offer an airport shuttle service. It's perfect for early morning flights, allowing you to sleep in a bit.

PPobingdexuelangThe room is too old, the quilt should be at least 6 years old, the hygiene is very average, no comparison with Hampton Inn in China, the bed is more than ten years old, reinforced with iron sheets, and it can easily scratch your legs. The elevator button light is broken and no one fixed it during my three-day stay. The elevator ceiling light is also flickering. Many foreigners press the button to go up one floor and then walk down the stairs. There are only two elevators, and the wait time for the elevator is at least 15 minutes in the morning. The advantage is that it is in the downtown area. I will not stay again. I don't understand why it is so expensive. The price-performance ratio is too low. This is the first time I write a review of a hotel on Ctrip
