The staff is very friendly and helpful the room as usual was excellent and the breakfast was excellent I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

This property is incredibly convenient, located just a short walk from the subway. The rooms are well-equipped with useful amenities like an iron and power outlets in every corner, including by the bedside—perfect for those with multiple devices. The bathrooms are clean, and with only six rooms per floor, it feels very private and never crowded. The elevators are fast, and the lobby offers complimentary hot water and coffee in generously sized cups. While the breakfast is high quality and diverse, the menu can be repetitive for longer stays, and seating may be limited during peak hours. However, a major drawback is the lack of an in-room safe, which might be inconvenient if you are traveling with many valuables.

The hotel gives a good impression, it's new and clean, and the staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast was simple but very good, with a variety of breads, eggs, yogurt, and jams. The location is quite noisy because it's directly opposite a hospital, and emergency vehicles naturally run throughout the night. There's a bus stop almost right outside the door. Some street parking is available (there's no hotel car park). Regarding the room: we specifically booked a suite so we could cook for ourselves in the evenings, but unfortunately, this wasn't possible. While the kitchen was functionally equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, etc., there were no utensils at all. So, no pots, cutlery, plates, glasses, or anything similar. This was very disappointing and frankly unacceptable. The size was good, but what's the point of a kitchen if you can't use it? Overall, the hotel was okay and suitable for 1 or 2 nights.

The room was decent and clean, and breakfast was okay. It's suitable for business trips, and the surrounding area is also quite good.

Every time I'm in New York for a business trip, I stay here. The biggest plus is the great location; it's so convenient to get anywhere in Manhattan from here, and there are no homeless people gathered outside the entrance. The downside is that the elevators take a long time, sometimes over ten minutes during peak hours.

This place was really good. The property was clean. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. Parking is hard to find so dont leave after 9PM other wise you will have to park outside, which is not as secure.

Location: Very close to the subway station (Line D). Surrounded by the Asian area, it is older overall, with a sense of urban-rural integration. Facilities and services: The hotel itself is relatively new and comfortable to use. Breakfast is a simple meal, the restaurant space is small, and sometimes there are no seats.

This hotel is super close to LaGuardia Airport, and they have a free shuttle that gets you there in about 15 minutes. The facilities inside the hotel are really nice and new, and the free breakfast is delicious!

The hotel room was quite clean, but the air conditioning was a bit loud. I wonder if all AC units abroad are this noisy. The location is very convenient, right by Jamaica Station, making it easy and quick to get to the airport or downtown with multiple public transport options.
