Perfect location right beside Broadway theater. But the elevator suck. The elevator is so frustrating. please update your elevator system.

Excellent stay. I recommend it to everyone.

The location is definitely very good! It’s near a subway station, near the Broadway theaters, near Times Square, and near the Times Square stop of the hop on hop off bus. There is also a convenience store across. The room is quite small and I had a bit of difficulty getting my luggage inside but nonetheless, value for money.

It's really convenient for getting around and transportation is excellent, making travel quick and easy.

Insects and mosquitoes in room. AC not working properly. Lifts overcrowded during peak hours. Only positive is great location

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Great location in Manhattan, near Central Park. However, the room was really small and the price was quite high. Service: Very good. The luggage carts were convenient, and they even helped look after my car when I temporarily parked it.

Location is amazing but the ac is not great and plan on not using the elevators between 830 and 1030 AM or 4 and 6 pm. Nothing like walking up 18 flights of stairs.

Location is good ,rooms are small but clean and comfortable.breakfast is substandard,with very few choices, scrambled eggs seem to be made of powder,paper coffee cups,overcrowded breakfast area with inadequate sitting facilities, elevators take forever during breakfast time,had to walk down 26 floors to get to breakfast which was not worth the effort. No value for money at all.

The king room was too small, not enough space to put a big luggage. Luggage bench wasn't provided, luggage was laid open on the bed and took out all its content to hotel drawers. The elevators, despite looked smart, but made us stuck two times during stay. Breakfast room was crowded around 8.00 am and the food quality just standard like other Hampton inn, but this hotel was better i.e. using ceramic plates and metal cutlery instead of disposable ones.
