It was good because it was close to Jfk Airport, but I don't think the security in the building is good.

I booked this hotel for my colleague. This was the beginning of a nightmare. Because this hotel is very remote, it is basically impossible to get a taxi by yourself, so I asked the hotel to call a taxi for my colleague. However, tragedy happened. The taxi driver was a robber. He demanded $160 for a seven-kilometer journey and robbed my colleague's credit card. In just ten minutes, he stole nearly $1,500. It was terrible. I suspect that the hotel deliberately cooperated with such taxis to rob foreigners who temporarily stayed here. The picture shows this driver and his taxi. I must expose this driver and severely condemn this hotel.

The room is quite big and clean, and the staff is very friendly. However, this area is a black area, so if you want to stay here, it is recommended to stay during the day. Try not to stay alone as a girl, as it is still risky.

The location of the hotel doesn't look good. The area is very crowded, almost all of them are of skin color, there are almost no white men, and it feels a bit dirty. The hotel has a parking lot, but it can only accommodate a few cars. If you come back late, you can only park on the roadside.

We had a flight the next day and were specifically looking for a hotel within walking distance of the airport main road, so we told the kids that this hotel might not be very good because it didn't have high reviews. But after seeing the scene, the children said it was not bad at all. They thought the hotel was very good, quiet and clean, and provided tissues and water. There was also free coffee in the lobby. The next day, we were able to get a good night's sleep and successfully catch the return flight in the morning. There are also good restaurants nearby. I just don't know when the deposit will be refunded. I look forward to a perfect ending.

It is decently clean, comfortable bed. Bathroom with cold shower, hot shower didn't heat up (at least not in our room) They were kind enough to store our bags after checkout

The young, thin, light lady who was at the reception this Wednesday, September 18 at 6:00 p.m. was very unpleasant and rude. No courtesy or consideration for customers. I stayed at this hotel for a reservation from September 17 to 19 in room 306. I do not speak English well. I am French-speaking. I was supposed to leave the hotel on September 19 at 11:00 a.m. But against all expectations my flight was postponed to September 18 in the evening. I quickly went down to do my check-out to be able to catch my flight. But this girl did not take into account my disability in English. She openly disrespected and disregarded me. I ask the management to stick a request for explanation on her. And ask her to have a minimum of respect for people who do not necessarily speak English well.

The room is quite big, very close to Jamaica station, and there are two Chinese restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. You can consider it as a one-day itinerary in New York, just put down your luggage and go wandering.

The room was clean and it was conveniently located near the airport train station.
