I took a shower around 11 o'clock in the evening and found that it was not possible to enter the water. I called the front desk and said that I would send someone to repair it. The potion used to drain the water was so bad that I had a sore throat the next day. The tax rate for occupancy is also different from yours. Almost doubled, bad review

Right near Times Square. The room was clean (although there were socks from the previous person). When I told them that there were no plugs for the bath and sink, they brought them right away. I didn't know there was free drink service on the first floor, so I went outside to buy coffee every day. I wish I had been informed at check-in. Everyone, please get a drink at the free corner on the first floor!

The staff was extremely helpful and resolved an ******* mess-up for me right away. The room was very comfy and really clean. Housekeeping services were excellent. The lobby and bar were stylish and relaxing. I had a problem with the large daily "resort charge" etc. which the front desk said was for the (tiny) cups of free coffee and use of the gym. All in all I paid $100 more per night than the advertised ******* rate. ******* can definitely be more transparent.

Bar in the small lobby, not open. They charged us a resort fee for both rooms which added another 100.00 to the bill. I asked what is that for a pool or private roof top? "It's for the gym and biz center". We were there for one night to see a musical. I said we won't use either of those checking in at 730 pm and out at 11am. Insane to charge a resort fee when the bar isn't even open and they have one communal bathroom in the lobby. Hotel is newer and clean but if the rate is 287, the final bill shouldn't be 400 aith tax and resort

The location is great- if you are looking for Times Square. Lots of improvements needed at the hotel. Heat not working in most rooms, no in room amenities like coffee/tea, no bar area/food options if this interests you. Better options in the area.

The hotel was amazing and very close to Times Square. I travel with a fan for white noise and I'm glad I had it because you can hear the music from Times Square sometimes at night

Our 2nd stay at The Muse. The staff was spot on! We did have several room issues (soiled pillows and no heat) and the hotel is showing some wear but the staff solved our issues with a smile. The location is convenient. If the staff had not been so helpful we would nevet return, things happen. It was nice to be treated with gracious understanding by staff.

For the money and easy access to Theater and Times Square area, hotel is a bargain. Lobby is sad, bar/lounge area is not operational. Room is fine except for non working safe, stickers on inside of closet and stoppers were gone from the sinks in the bathroom.
