The location of this place is just amazing. Staff were very polite. We had a room with a small kitchenette. It's tiny but everything you need to get by for a few days. Bathroom and shower on the other hand are spacious in comparison.
The only thing that didn't suit us personally was the finishing time of the breakfast in the weekdays. It finishes at 9am but otherwise, everything else was absolutely great.

Very satisfied! In a place like Manhattan where land is at a premium, the size and layout of the hotel rooms are already very reasonable, and the small kitchen meets the needs of self-catering! The breakfast is rich and the front desk service is very friendly! The transportation is particularly convenient--it is simply too convenient and fast for a person who wants to visit all of Manhattan! The only thing I'm not satisfied with is the bed facilities - they use the most unhygienic quilt cover, with almost no hygiene at all! Hope it improves! ! !

I had booked a room for 3 people, when we arrived it was not available… we were given a very small room! We finally changed rooms!!!
The sofa bed for the 3rd person is a camp bed... impossible to sleep there!
Simple but sufficient breakfast, no bread, pastries or cakes…
