We found the hotel to be dated with poor facilities and poor service. We could not understand how this hotel has a 4-5 star rating with the appropriate 4-5 star charges.we were totally misrepresented by trip.com about the level of accommodation . Room was tired ,dark and dingy, bathroom tiny, with old fashioned inefficient air conditioning. Windows look out on to walls with no natural light. Carpet has seen better days. No hotel operator at night, so could not get early wake up call. The only saving grace was that the location was very good.  I would highly recommend to avoid this hotel at the exorbitant prices that the hotel charges. Perhaps revisit it when renovations have been done to warrant the star rating that is represented. Shame on trip.com for listing the Warwick hotel as a 4-5 star hotel. I would have thought that trip.com would do its job in checking FaceTimes before making a misleading representation.

We loved our one night stay at the Warwick. The location was ideal for our access to the theater and dinner. It was quiet and well maintained and the staff were very personable and helpful. Our only complaint was our breakfast at the Mural Room. My husband's eggs Benedict had bits of broken egg shells in the sauce. When he asked to have a replacement, the second plate of eggs Benedict was served cold. My avocado toast eggs were also served cold. Also, the avocado was largely brown and unappetizing. The chef should have trimmed away all brown parts before serving. We will stay again at the Warwick with great pleasure, but will have breakfast elsewhere. Thank you.

Good place

The room was completely overpriced; it was way too expensive for over 6000 RMB. They didn't even provide a hairdryer, and it didn't meet my expectations.

The location is good, very close to Central Park. The downside is that the hotel is too old, the elevator is very slow, and can only accommodate 6 people. It often takes at least 15 minutes to wait for the elevator.

The room was cozy and didn't feel dated at all!

The location was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was difficult to adjust.

The room is quite big and comfortable. Since it is a vintage hotel, the equipment is naturally a bit old. The hygiene is very good.

As always, I like old hotels like Warwick!

The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the transportation is very convenient, and there are many restaurants around, which is very convenient.
