Really great hotel for location and running around the city!

The location was great, right next to the 33rd Street subway station on Line 6.

Pretty good hotel location wise. Decent breakfast with variety. The staff is helpful. The only bad hick up was that on our last day WiFi was gone for the whole day. Overall experience 3 stars.

Great location but that is. The hotel definitely needs renovation. The room is so run down. It took 5 hours to get a bath towel.

Traveling as a family of three, we booked a suite for two nights. We were placed on the top floor, directly below the air conditioning unit's exhaust fan, which made an excessive amount of noise. We called the front desk on the night of our arrival but received no resolution, leading to a sleepless night and significantly impacting our plans for the next day. Our entire experience communicating with the hotel staff was extremely unpleasant. The room was noisy, and the staff seemed to be fully aware but chose to feign ignorance and offer superficial responses. A truly terrible experience.

The room was nice, with a view over the buildings in the back of the hotel. Location is good, around the corner from the local (stops at every stop) subway line 6. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Also shops, including Trader Joe's on 32nd Street and 3rd Ave and Whole Foods at 28th and Madison. As I read in other reviews, a 15-minute walk from Penn Station, 10-minute walk to Grand Central Station, and 20-minute walk to the 34th street ferry stop on the East River.

Though not spacious, the room was immaculately clean and tidy, with city views. It came equipped with a coffee machine (generously stocked with coffee pods, milk, and sugar) and a microwave. This made enjoying unlimited coffee and hot beverages incredibly convenient – a detail we truly appreciated!
