Every thing was great. The staff were very friendly and informative. Great location to catch the metro.
Only thing that needs updating is the shower fixtures— they needed more thorough cleaning or replacing.

It’s a good place to stay as it’s convenient to the subway station.Breakfast was eatable,but could have done it better (for few extra bucks).Frozen items ,long lines to use the toaster,cheap machine juices…It was too noisy as some road work happened to be near the hotel.To hoave them hold on your luggage (if you have your flight late afternoon and don’t want to carry it through all the streets in Manhattan),it costs waaaay too much .$20/ per item..We had 5backpacks ,so it was not worth the cost.A little disappointed because of this…I already paid for the hotel with all the hotel fees…

This is where I stay every time I come to New York. It is easy to get around (subway is RIGHT there), free breakfast, gym, and the service is great.
