World Center Hotel

We checked in at 3pm and makes us wait for two hours that there’s no room, funny we tried days before to change dates and they didn’t let us do so… I think we were discriminated well I felt that way. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to go there. We were so disappointed with my wife. They made us feel like we weren’t worth it to be there. That’s my honest opinion.

I spent the last two days of our trip at this hotel. Upon checking in I was greeted by an absolutely lovely woman named Marsha-Ann. She was very welcoming and had set my family up in a room that would not only accommodate our family of four but also gave us an amazing view of the WTC grounds. Marsha-Ann was very helpful and was always available to assist with any concerns of questions. She gave suggestions on places that we could dine comfortably with our kids and tips on how to get around. She was very personable and knowledgeable. Overall all of the staff were a pleasure to deal with very accommodating, patient and kind. Hotel was very clean, only downfall I would say is the lack of security cameras and the rooms are lacking a safe. However it was very quiet, well kept and I felt safe overall with our young children. The hotel is located conveniently close to be able to walk or catch the subway, and parking was pretty cheap with their discount, the views are beautiful and rooms are generously sized considering its New York. Hotel offers complimentary warm beverages, and has filtered water dispenser on each floor where they provide u with water bottles to fill up with, which is a huge plus! I would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Room is great and cleanliness is fine. But no housekeeping service AT ALL, even though i asked for, they did not come in the next day…

Staff & Services : the service received by Emily was excellent, professional and kind. But Carlos was rude no empathy, no friendly.

There are a number of subway stations close to the property, making it easy to navigate around the city. The 24hr coffee and tea was needed because it was unseasonably cold. One downside was my text message didn't not go through regarding towel service. One small blip on the radar. The staff was gracious and was helpful regarding the check in/out and the storage of our luggage.
