Absolutely rubbish hotel, the rubbish service staff transferred us from the superior room to the standard room because the check-in time was late, and lied to me in front of us that it was a standard room. After the last call, the hotel staff did not know the situation It was told that our room was a standard room, and then changed it to say that we lived in a superior room. The room pictures were different. The third floor with the laundry room was a superior room? ? ? In the end we couldn't stay at any chance because the hotel room was full. When the room is full, you can change the room booked by the guest at will, and it is said that it is the same, which is simply tmb. In the end, I stayed for one night and changed the hotel. After checking out, I said that the fee will be refunded in the next few nights, but I turned around and refused to accept the account. Oh, and finally Ctrip helped. So if you want to experience the rogue of American hotels, shameless, go to this one! A piece of toilet garbage! Absolute bad review! ! !

The room was a little smaller than expected but functional. My friend and I had a great time - the front desk agents were awesome. 10/10 would recommend. The location was very close to the grand central terminal which was awesome & close to other attractions like 5th avenue :)

Good - location near Grand Central - Bathroom felt clean and modern. - Top floor lobby/lounge was decent.
Not so good - mattress was horrible, like really bad and it needs to be replaced. The bed and side tables were very dated and falling apart. I stayed one night and by myself, so it worked out okay. - Plan for a 6am wake up do to outside construction and environmental noise. I mean this isn't the hotel's fault, so maybe bring your ear plugs. - The boasted about fancy coffee maker on the top floor was broken. I was expecting a rooftop terrace, but never found it. Just the top floor which is enclosed. - Hotel is trying to use tablets for check in and check out. They did not work for me at check in or checkout and they seem a little bit useless.

Really disappointed with room. Frosted out window so felt incredibly claustrophobic. Table broken so slipped to one side. Hugely noisy heating system. If it had been more than two nights I would not have coped. Room was clean and tidy and bed comfortable, bathroom adequate with good shower. Staff pleasant. Got a good deal on stay but would not recommend. Last night in NY had booked elsewhere and was wonderful (albeit much more pricey) . Pictures did not reflect the room we ended up in!

Called to make sure they had their own parking garage and to find out if there is any other fees regarding parking, hotel etc and they said they did but when I got there they did not have their own garage. I had to carry my luggage all the way from 51st st icon parking garage where they said I could not come back to get my luggage at all.i can’t even check out the hotel and explore New York because I have three large bags that I can’t carry around with me which was the whole point of booking this trip. Just wasted tons of time and money.
