My daughters and I were coming back to the city for an overnight to attend the theater. The room was exactly as described and pictured. Only a couple of issues. The key card didn’t work properly and the handle required a lot of force to push down to open the door. The other issue was the wifi was horrible. If you wanted better wifi you had to pay extra. Bc the wifi was so poor, it was virtually impossible to stream Netflix on the hotel tv. Lastly there wasn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom which was odd bc there was a vent. The good: full size fridge and microwave, a dishwasher, utensils, kitchen sink. The beds were super comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was expansive and tasty. They do in fact have valet parking but there is an indoor parking lot across the street.

It was a great place for a small family to stay in the middle of Manhattan. The location is great and the rooms were really good. Enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn

The room was so comfortable. But one thing - there was only one chair, so somebody always had to perch on the bed. Nice bathroom - big shower, lots of hot water.

Love our stay here! Our deluxe room was very clean, spacious and comfortable! The staff were very kind and welcoming. We’ll def stay here again if we come back to NY! Great job! 🗽

Extended Stay Properties are a dime a dozen, and while the Residence Inn doesn’t conjure up the image of revolutionary, this property shows how the concept can be applied successfully to a city. The property felt fresh modern and clean, compact rooms that still offfered a full kitchenette. My only complaint about the rooms was I was lucky enough to get one with a private terrace but it didn’t actually open up 😔.
Service gets high remarks, even when I struggled at the front desk(and called *******-thanks *******!)regarding my room they were able to accommodate me and stayed cool under pressure as other clients complained around me with their own issues, kudos to the front desk. Also love the electronic tipping option; just wish it linked to the Marriott App!

It´s very convenient with the small kitchen and the location (easy access to subway is everyhting in NYC!). My room was clean. But the great compliment goes to staff. I needed them a couple of times and they were kind and helpful. Now, one special shoutout to Claudia from the breakfast service, she was amazing and made us smile every morning. Good variety in breakfast too, I must say. Thank you.

The breakfast area was optimal. There were plenty of food, the employees were pleasant. I love the fact there is a kitchenette so I could use the microwave to heat up my leftover dinner and coffee. The fitness center was fabulous...just what I needed to get my workout in.
I highly recommend this place!
