I had a pleasant stay at Tempo by Hilton Times Square. The hotel was spotless — everything felt new and well-maintained. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Times Square, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops.
The service was good overall; the staff were friendly and helpful, though a bit more attentiveness would have made the experience even better. The amenities were average — functional but nothing particularly special. For the price, I expected a bit more variety or comfort in that area.
Overall, a clean and modern hotel with an excellent location, perfect for a short stay in New York.

Comfy hotel. Bit noisy, better choose higher floor for 30 to top..

This hotel never disappoints! It is a great value for the dollar, spectacularly located and the staff are friendly and helpful. I have recommended it to many friends and everyone has a similar experience. I dropped the service down one notch just because the busy check in time was staffed by one fewer check in person than usual. Check is was not the swift machine is has been on the five other times I have stayed there. Small price to pay for such a fine stay.
