Tempo by Hilton Times Square

Great location, and the room was decent. The view was much better than the Edition across the street.

The location is excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. The room wasn't huge, but the functional layout was very sensible. Overall, I had a satisfactory stay.

The room isn't huge; fitting two large suitcases was a bit tight. However, the bathroom was great – the hot water was super hot and had excellent pressure. The front desk service was just okay, neither warm nor cold, and the same goes for the restaurant staff. The lobby is on the 11th floor, and the security downstairs was quite responsible. The location is right in Times Square, so the surrounding area is a bit chaotic, but that's just New York for you.

The room assigned wasn't on a high floor, and the lobby was quite busy. Some of the front desk staff had rather expressionless service.

I was very satisfied with my trip. The location is excellent, right next to Times Square, making transportation very convenient. It's easy to take the subway anywhere. Our room came with a credit of about $34, which was perfect for breakfast every morning. The room attendant was also exceptionally nice. When we checked in, Eddie at the front desk even upgraded our room. You can get drinking water from the 11th-floor front desk, which was great for someone like me who drinks a lot of water – it saved us from having to buy bottles. The hotel doesn't seem to provide slippers by default, but you can ask for them and they'll give you some. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely stay here again.
