We stay at Chelsea Inn for two nights. The room was very tidy and clean. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Chelsea Inn is a great and affordable option if you’re interested in traveling to Manhattan.

No lift, had to carry my check bag weights 48 pounds at 5th floor, the rooms was just hot or warm, one staff was nice to offer me some sugar but other staff were rude. It was not pleasant, when you sleep at night the heater makes so much noise.

I've received wrong informations for my check-in. The code to enter the property was wrong. The response time from the front desk was very long. Very bad accommodation.

Very useful place. Unless you need WiFi, which I didn’t (it didn’t work). But good value for the money otherwise. Tiny room but clean and comfortable. My 4th floor room had minimal noise, but definitely not a soundproof room.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. The room was small but adequate and its in middle of all the actions...close to union square and central park was within a hike.
I loved the room!
However, having said that, the floor was quite dusty and I also noticed hair in my shower...So the room was not fully clean. I requested the customer service and they promptly had the floor cleaned. They may need to have a talk w/ the cleaning crew as it is my belief that they are not cleaning the rooms properly and the management may not be aware of it...
Anyway, looking forward to coming back. Thanks!

Me and my husband had a 1-night stay at this location and would say it was worth the price we paid for. Our room was in front of the reception area and we were welcome with small little snacks we could grab. During our trip, I thought I had lost my digital camera. Overall I did not lose it but I ended up calling to see if I can retrieve it and the lady that helped me was helpful enough to go out of her way to see if my camera was there or not. I am pleased with our stay here.

The Treatment of one of the receptionist special only one it was very bad.
She very well could have had better answers.
