Nice 4* hotel closed to popular Times Square and Hard Rock cafe with easy access to lots of food and amenities. City Subway is just 2mins walk from the hotel lobby Helpful staff and room is comfortable and clean Got free pass for general admission fo American Museum of Natural History Will stay at this Westin again in next visit to NY

Excellent location, and the high-floor corner room offered fantastic views. It was also relatively quiet. Breakfast was delicious. The service was a bit bizarre; they rambled on with some nonsense, with a subtle hint of superiority. In the end, they overcharged me $20 when returning my deposit, and it was never resolved.

The location is perfect. Just walking distance around times square. Food and bakery surrounding the hotel. Very convinient. Will come again next time

We booked a room with city view. They gave us a room with window and there was no city view. Something blocked our window view and they did it on purpose. They usually give trip.com or *********** customers on the same floor which blocks the window and blocks the city view.

Very convenient location, comfortable rooms, and lots of Chinese restaurants nearby.

Good service, clean rooms. The area is bustling with shops and restaurants, and it's just a block from Times Square.

The cleanliness was really subpar. The bathroom hadn't even been properly cleaned, and the bedding was so questionable I didn't feel comfortable sleeping. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience of my trip.

Overall, it was good. I asked for some amenities once, and though they promised to send them up, they never arrived. The location was very convenient for getting around.

Great location, but the service was terrible. We waited two hours just to get water and a toothbrush. Also, there's no key card access for the elevators, which made us feel unsafe.

Check-in and check-out were incredibly efficient. Housekeeping was very timely and kept the room spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The downstairs lobby is a welcoming spot to unwind and chat, available even late into the evening.

The hotel is good. But not as clean as some of the good WESTIN ones. Some of the staff are not helpful.

The hotel has a superb location, just a couple of hundred meters from Times Square. The price, booked through Ctrip, was very reasonable. Although the breakfast area is a bit small, the quality of the breakfast is excellent.
