Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel Reviews

The environment is great, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Housekeeping cleans daily. The front desk staff are very welcoming, and there's a free shuttle service with excellent customer service. There are many restaurants, bubble tea shops, and supermarkets nearby, making shopping very convenient. It's also only a 3-minute walk to Metro Line 7.

Found a screw on the carpet of my room, stepped on it accidentally and it not something that I was expecting of a Sheraton hotel. Aren’t these rooms vacuumed? Shameful!

Great location, surrounded by restaurants. The subway is less than a five-minute walk away. The hotel service was excellent with daily housekeeping. My only complaint is that the air conditioning in the room was too noisy.

The location is good and very convenient. However, the elevator's hygiene is quite poor. The room itself was decent, and the service attitude was excellent 👌

When we checked in, we found the air conditioning wasn't working. It finally got fixed the next day, but when they opened it up, it was full of dirt and grime. My child left their bracelet on the nightstand before we went out, and when we came back, it was gone. The hotel manager kept shirking responsibility, telling us we could call the police (and when we did, we heard nothing back for two days). Housekeeping was also very inconsistent; they didn't clean our room for two or three days, and even after we reported it to the front desk, nothing changed. Sheraton truly disappointed us, and we're boycotting them. (The picture shows the state of the hotel room when we returned around 5 PM yesterday. Housekeeping only came to clean after I contacted the hotel through Trip.com customer service.)

Never staying at this location. Absolute madness.. takes forver to get out od one block.

The hotel is in Flushing, not far from the Hyatt. All around, you'll find Chinese restaurants catering to various tastes and budgets. They offer free shuttle service to and from LaGuardia. The only downside is that the rooms don't have microwaves.

Had a good experience this time. Arrived at the hotel around 2 PM and they allowed me to check in.

The service was great, and they even offered airport shuttle service.

Conveniently located on the main street, and they have iced lemon water in the lobby.

It is a very good hotel which is located on perfect areas. Services are good and front desk staff are very friendly and professional.

The room facilities are complete, and the service could be further improved.
