The hotel is directly across the street from Bryant Park. Very nice park with lots going on. Walking distance to shopping and eats.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. Every staff member I encountered — from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant team — went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for.
The attention to detail was outstanding. The front desk staff were not only efficient and knowledgeable, but also kind and eager to ensure my stay was seamless. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably, and small touches throughout my stay made it clear that guest comfort is their top priority.
This hotel is beautiful, yes, but it’s the staff who make it truly exceptional. I left feeling not just well taken care of, but valued. I will absolutely be returning, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a stay, but an experience defined by excellent service and remarkable people.

We came for our 30th wedding anniversary to celebrate and have fun in Manhattan. The hotel was beautiful, Alphonso took great care of us at the bar with delicious cocktails and the room and location were lovely. We overlooked the park and enjoyed the spacious and elegant room. I am a clean freak and it was very clean.

Location of the hotel is very convenient. Bars, restaurants and other entertainment is within walking distance. The room was absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly and very helpful
