Good location just few minutes walk to Time Square. Easy check in-out, room a bit small with inconvenience bathroom specially shower area. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Price I selected with breakfast but same every day as I stayed for 4 nights should change and add more variety.

The room was modern and clean. The shower was a bit leaky. Overall a good location to the main attractions in NYC.

The blinds wouldn't shut, the shower wasn't fully cleaned. There was no cutlery for the breakfast or plates, they need to step it up a bit.

Excellent day and afternoon staff. The overnight front desk staff is terrible and dangerous. Leaving guests locked outside on the street in freezing temperatures at 01:00 in the morning. While arguing thru the glass doors that he is on the phone. It takes 3 seconds to reach and push the door buzzer. The phone cord stretches to the buzzer so he could continue his conversation. But he prefers to endanger his guests.

Our family of four thought this hotel was a great place to stay. the room was small, but very clean and convenient to all places we were interested in. There are two great restaurants right next door, as well. Beds were comfortable.

I would not stay here again. They charge for every little thing including a 15 dollar a day charge for a mini fridge! Ive never seen that. On top of daily resort fees!
The hotel itself was unremarkable. The shower had mold
There is no phone to contact hotel staff and when i tried to call no one answers.
We signed up for their reward program and one of the staff gave us a hard time about our "welcome package" refused to give it . It was literally 2 water bottles which we easily got with the next worker.
Then later at night that same worker refused to let my husband to our room without me having to come down to the lobby at 4am to walk him up because he didnt have a key and our last names dont match. That is ridiculous.
At one point the elevator was not working and we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs
