The rooms were clean. Breakfast was yummy. Loved how we could make our own waffles each morning. Location was amazing. There’s a path station and metro station nearby. Would love to stay here again if we ever get the chance to visit NYC again.

This hotel is located in Manhattan. Admittedly, I did not expect a brand-new building or spotless facilities. However, having paid over 2,000 RMB (approximately 300 USD) per night, I anticipated at minimum the standard of a decent business hotel under the Hilton brand. On the contrary, the staff were rude and unhelpful. After a 14-hour flight, I arrived at the hotel early, yet my room was not ready. Instead of offering assistance, staff told me to return three hours later. The restroom on the ground floor was filthy; the tap barely produced enough running water to wash one’s hands, never mind proper washing facilities. The breakfast offerings were extremely basic. I will avoid this hotel at all costs in the future.

The hotel is basic and the rooms are small. Breakfast uses disposable plates and offers very limited choices. It's a typical business hotel. Its only advantage is the location, within walking distance to shopping areas and many restaurants.

Can’t fault the place just u fortunate when we booked up the place is getting a revamp. Lots of used mattresses furniture etc in the lobby outside as the new replacement stuff was going inside. The photo is the stack of mattresses. Didn’t affect my rating but I think with the refurb going inside they should’ve reduced the price of the nights in my opinion. Lots of workers and as I said things lying around walking in and out inside and outside the hotel.

This hotel is located in Chelsea, very close to the subway station and not far from the Empire State Building, making transportation very convenient. The lounge area on the first floor offers a variety of self-service beverages. The front desk staff are also very friendly, and you can store your luggage for free both before and after check-in. The room is also quite spacious. For this price, the facilities and service are truly excellent value for money. The only minor downside was that the curtain track in my room was broken in the middle, so I couldn't fully close the curtain.

The hotel is in a very good location and it was clean. The air conditioning was very loud and wasn't fixed during our stay. Breakfasts are definitely not recommended – highly processed food and no vegetables. Coffee and tea were available 24/7.

The room is small…, but with a comfortable bed (king size bed). Good shower as well. American Standard Breakfast… It’s close to New Balance and On stores. The big and terrible problem was the elevator.., only one working (long queues and a lot of delay)..!! I wouldn’t stay again..!

Great location, 15 minutes to the Empire State Building and the Hudson River. Large bed, everything was super.

Firsr,you have to check your invoice from Trip.com and the hotel,the take a deposit 200 US Dollars! As i know i pay all fees prepaid before to the Trip.com,later, they take around 180 USDollars as taxes!!! Also,there is clothes washing machine ,need to pay by application( not good for outside traveeller like my situation) otherwise you have to have coins, i ask the front dest person to help me but she said that there is no changes( coins) .as ahotel they should have a change or put a machine to rplace the note paper money to coins. The elevator is slow and on one of them is not working. The water inside the room not free..even one bottole! The housekeeper s are good.

Everything was great!!! Except for the last day, the Asian female receptionist showed discriminatory behavior.

One elevator was out of order, which was quite inconvenient as there was only one other working.

We had a grand time! We came in early and we were pleased that we were accommodated warmly. The place in Chelsea was really noce and we felt at home. HAMPTON INN will now be our first choice on our next travels to the US Northeast.

For New York City, where space is at a premium, this hotel offers incredible value for money. The Asian lady at the front desk was very friendly. Definitely recommend! The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to a subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. The only downside is that one of the two elevators was under maintenance, so there was only one operational. This meant longer wait times to go up and down.

The facilities are a bit old; the faucets and toilet weren't working very well. Breakfast was okay, though.
