Self laundry is very efficient and price effective Breakfast area is full of style and horse-back riding atmosphere, Will go again next time visiting New York Or try other Hampton Inn in other areas

Room is good , but not convenient !!

Room was clean and breakfast was very good!

Far from Manhattan. Average hygiene.

Facilities: The room is large and comfortable Hygiene: clean and tidy Environment: Surrounded by trees Service: The staff at the front desk are friendly and explain the relevant matters clearly when checking in I like it very much, and I will live here again in the future.

A wonderful stay. Absolutely the most friendly and helpful staff anywhere. Just a terrific place to stay.

I like the hotel and the amenities, great breakfast buffet. I just didn’t like the area around, a lot of industrial.

It was clean and quiet and staff were very nice. I can’t say anything negative about it. Beds were clean and very comfortable as well.

Housekeeper Toni was very rude when another colleague asked her to assist me with towels. Her response was so nasty. She clearly hates her job.

Breakfast was limited but it was clean and relatively quiet. Staff was friendly. Had to ask for some amenities that seemed basic like a bath mat and they didn’t seem organized and tried to clean our room twice on the day we checked out which you would think they would wait to get notice that we were gone.

The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious. The hotel was clean. Nice pack & play provided. No restaurant at the hotel (free breakfast which was surprisingly good), have to walk across parking lot to Hilton for their restaurant. But the biggest knock. Our room faced a highway so that was loud enough. But there was some sort of event going on in/near the hotel. Music blaring til 2 am. We (myself, wife, 2 kids) got zero sleep that night. So loud the hotel was literally vibrating from the bass. Insane that this was allowed to occur/continue. If it wasn't for the noise, this would've been a positive review, but I can't possibly give higher than 2 stars because you stay at a hotel to sleep so you can enjoy the rest of your trip. And we got no sleep.
