We were able to check in early, and the location was very central. However, the windows are very poorly sealed, letting in cold air (though the heaters work well, so we weren't cold), and you can hear everything happening outside.

The location is convenient, right in a busy area of NYC, and it's a 2-3 minute walk to the subway. The front desk staff were very friendly. The only issue was the low water pressure in the bathroom. The hotel is located in Koreatown, and there's a very popular Korean restaurant right downstairs.

The staff at the hotel are incredibly kind and helpful. The location is perfect, making it easy to access the subway and nearby shops like Macy's. The hotel is very clean. We also got complementary water bottles every day. We traveled with our dog and had a wonderful time there. My only comment is that the rooms are smaller than they appear in the images, and the view from the windows is limited due to the surrounding buildings.

The room has a very distinct smell, the front desk was not very helpful. The workout facility is old and not sanitary. Bathroom was very small.

Found a couple of strands of hair stuck to the bathroom wall and shower curtain when we checked in. There was a strand of hair on the bed as well. The items in the room were also misaligned and not straightened out. The staff at the front desk weren't very friendly. Good thing was that the subway is just a short walk away.
