This is the absolute worst 3-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Even a cheap motel would be better than this place. Here are a few points for your reference:
1. The Elevators and Appalling Service: They have three lifts, but one of them is always broken or trapping people inside. For two days straight, one lift made a deafening noise every time it passed my floor. When I complained to the front desk, the staff member (a male, almost bald, and incredibly unfriendly, if not outright rude) told us, "We can do nothing about it." He claimed he couldn’t shut the lift down because he didn't have the authority. But we are talking about a noise so loud that it made sleep completely impossible—and my room was right near the lift!
This guy didn’t want to help at all. He didn't even offer to change our room. That really wowed us. He claimed he needed the manager's permission to move us, but of course, the manager was nowhere to be found. When we demanded he call the manager up to talk to us, he finally made the call. ***?! He ultimately changed our room, but the door to the new room was practically broken—every time you pushed it open, it made a massive creaking noise. Everything in this hotel is ********.
2. Broken Amenities: Don’t even bother thinking the ice machines work. The hotel claims to have four of them. Well, not a single one works. Ridiculous.
3. Infestation and Filth: There were literal bugs on the towels (I have photos to prove it, I’m not fxxking kidding). There were also tons of bugs in the shower. The bathroom smelled so disgusting that I had to spray Lysol all over it just to breathe.
4. No Hot Water: There was zero hot water after midnight. A few of my friends didn’t get to take a hot shower after a long day of traveling. Sure, we got back to the hotel late, but how is a hotel supposed to just run out of hot water? Hot water is an essential! Ridiculous!! When my friends complained the next day, the staff claimed they had no idea. The hot water came back that night, but a few nights later, it cut out at 10 PM... Are you serious, hotel?!
5. Disgusting Rooms: Everything in the room was rusty, broken, and filthy. The coffee table was covered in stains and felt sticky. The chair had disgusting dirt on it, and the walls were stained. And, of course, the towels were filthy. I didn’t use them at all—luckily, we brought our own. Even the bed linens were dirty and had hair on them. The bedside lamp was practically broken, with the head just spinning around loosely.
Oh, and the bathroom exhaust fan was broken, too. It was supposed to be motion-activated, but it didn't work at all and was caked in a horrible layer of dust. Even the tissue paper smelled bad. We suspect they just stuff cheap, random brands into the box to pretend they're new, because we found two completely different types of tissue in the same box...
6. Gross Curtains: The window curtains smelled awful. You could tell they were filthy and had never been washed. The pull cords were sticky and gross; I literally had to wrap them in tissue paper just to touch them and adjust the curtains.
7. Oh and there was no phone line in the room, I asked front desk about this and he said this is common in this hotel. They have ordered the phone land line but they haven’t arrived. You can’t even make calls from your room. AMAZING.
Overall, DON’T STAY IN THIS HOTEL! THE STAFF IS UNHELPFUL AND RUDE. THE ROOMS ARE DISGUSTING. WE MADE A HUGEEEEEE MISTAKE BY STAYING HERE.
