Excellent small hotel in front of the Rockefeller Center. The room was large for a Manhattan hotel. Nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Heating was very good as well.
The hotel has a small bar and restaurant (I did not use it), but it is an option.
The staff professional and friendly.
The location is superb, accross Rockfeller center, 1 block from Saint Patrick Cathedral, walking distance to Grand Central Station.
No fridge, but it has a small room safe.

I bring black lights to hotels, this place is clean!!!! Excellent service by the everyone there from the front desk to the restaurant staff! The location is out of this world! Right by the Rockefeller and got to see the Christmas tree. Right in between lairs of landmarks, history, and food!! Cannot recommend it enough!!

I loved the convenience of this hotel near Rockefeller Center and Fifth Avenue. Public transportation (north-south bus routes) are on Fifth (a few steps away) and on Madison (one block away). We found a good sushi restaurant just a few steps away on West 51.

3 west club is a tiny but clean and kind hotel which is located in 1 min walk to many famous spot. I visited during holiday season so I can enjoy the Christmas tree in the Rockfeller and the show at Saks 5th ave. Also, many shops on the 5th avenue and MoMA are in the walking distance.
Facilities are all clean and worked properly, although there is no refrigerator in the room. This hotel's value is clear- clean and nice room with cute lobby in a great location with reasonable price. No restaurant, no parking in the hotel, but you can find them outside. If their mix fit to you, this is the best place to stay.
I will be back to this hotel again!

I enjoyed my stay at 3 West Club. The check in/out was easy and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The only amenities that were missing that wld have been helpful is a fridge and microwave. Thats minor though. For the price and location, it is a great find. I wld highly recommend.

Unfortunately, my husband had to go to the hospital during our stay. The staff helped us determine what hospital we should go to and helped me extend our stay in the same room.
The area is just north of Rockafeller Center, so there is a lot to see and do here. There is convenient shopping and you can walk to many of the attractions.

We loved staying here and will look at it as an option the next time we travel to NYC. It was VERY convenient to Central Park, St. Patrick's, Rockefeller Center, and MoMA. It was also a reasonable walk (about a mile) to most of the other things we wanted to do such as shows or MSG. There were tons of places to eat or do nearby. The room was comfortable and very clean. Everyone was really friendly. They even had a complementary umbrella in the closet for us to use on the day that it rained! And the price was less than other "name brand" hotels. We will be checking back for availability each time we visit NYC in the future.
