The large twin room I chose can accommodate a family of four, and it is convenient to eat nearby. The hotel has a cooperative parking lot, $30 per day

The staff was so considerate, friendly and helpful. My husband is in the hospital and they asked every time they saw me how he was doing and if I needed anything. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a room with a little kitchen and I was very happy with the utensils and the space and appliances provided. I will stay here again and strongly recommend it to others.

Overall experience was average. The TV only had cable, you weren’t even able to watch youtube. Not the cleanest sheets and the room smelled of cigarettes when I first came in. Overpriced for the experience but nice area of NY. I will most likely not book again

I paid for a balcony and kitchen. My view was
Horrible. It was surrounded my walls and
Trash piles. Sketchy AF and
Smelled. There was also hair in my shower that was not mine. The bed was really small it must of been a full size bed. Ridiculous for two adults. That’s not what my booking stated. We ended up leaving and booking another hotel up the street which was way better and beautiful stick to the Big well named hotels you won’t be disappointed. I’m still waiting for a refund on my incidentals and taxes because I did not stay there and I emailed the manager already. Still waiting to hear back.

Was clean overall and decent service. Can’t change the heat or AC or at least we didn’t know how to. Could use a little maintenance. Very close to Koreatown and subway transportation!
