The service was average , sometimes friendly and helpful but many of them were very rude and curt to us. Asking for extra water bottle at the reception  was a headache. Or the man at the breakfast was extremely rude. We have mixed emotions.

I like the feeling of the Manhattan apartment in old fashioned brick house. The area is quiet and safe, easy and fast to go anywhere around downtown

Front desk service not good room very small

In principle, the hotel is not a pass, it is quite clean, there is a gym. The room is smaller than stated, in my opinion.

Except for the small size, everything else is fine. The location is good and it is convenient to go anywhere.

The room is quite large in New York at the same price. Generally speaking, it is very clean, only some long-term water stains on the bathroom table. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. The location is close to Union Square, and the night is quieter than the Chelsea area where I lived before. There is Good Morning Paris Bakery and a light food shop on the street next to it. Overall, more than expected, recommended!

The location is very good. Perhaps because the hotel is new, it is very clean. If you are traveling with your family, you will be surprised by the cleanliness.
