We checked out at 9:30am and only one staff was at the front desk to check someone in. We waited for 10 mins before anyone could help us even after I told a bellman that we were in a hurry and would need to check out asap. He went to find a front desk staff and came back said they were in a meeting. We finally just dropped our key and rushed to the airport without being able to talk to anyone and to know what to expect with the bill. We were kind of expecting a bit better service than this.

The bedding is very comfortable. The room feels quite big. The bathroom has two options for shower and bath, which is convenient. The color tone of the whole room is relatively elegant.
