Great hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping done well. The breakfast has quite some choices and is refilled constantly. They have two computers with a printer that you can use free of charge (if needed). Would certainly stay here again

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn! I usually choose this hotel chain for its service quality, but this stay was incredibly disappointing.
I booked a Standard King Size room for two nights. When I checked-in at night, I received my key card and went to my room, only to find that it was a basement room with just a tiny window, not the large window room I had booked. I immediately went back to the Front Desk to request the correct room, but the staff told me that it was already full and only this room was available.
I asked why they didn’t hold the room I had booked since I should be getting what I paid for. Their response? "Because you arrived at night." This excuse made no sense at all! Then, another staff member (curly hair) walked over, mumbled complaints, showed an upset attitude, and finally said she would move me to a new room—but only for one night. The next day, I had to move back to the standard room. The way she handled the situation was extremely unprofessional. A staff member should never complain or show frustration in front of guests!
The next morning, my husband and I brought our luggage down and returned our key card as instructed. However, a different staff member told me that I could actually stay in the same room. So, I placed my luggage back in the room again and went out for the day. Before leaving, I specifically informed housekeeping to clean the room.
When I returned that night, I couldn’t access my room. After going back to the Front Desk, the staff told me that the room I originally booked was full, meaning I had to stay in the same room again. Worst of all, when I finally got back inside, the room had not been cleaned at all, even though I had requested it in advance!
Overall, this was the worst Holiday Inn experience I’ve ever had. The management was disorganized. This stay completely changed my perception of the Holiday Inn brand. I would never recommend this hotel!

The hotel facilities are very good, the service staff are very friendly, the service is thoughtful and considerate, and there is a shuttle bus to the airport. The experience is great, and I highly recommend it to everyone

First thing the breackfast stop at 9.30. When I come to take breackfast at 9.32 the staff told me that everything is finish also hot water. Incredible I have been in a many hote but never this happen to me. No hair dryer and at the end ask me for 50 dollar tax. Why??? For exactly same value you found many hotel in Manhatan. Is non near to any metro station but in anonimous street.

To watch the US Open, it is actually most convenient to stay in Flushing, but the price is not as economical. It is convenient to walk in a zigzag pattern from the subway station, which takes about ten minutes at normal speed. The hotel entrance is not on the main street, but there is a supermarket and a pizza shop. There are many businesses near the subway station, and it seems to be six or seven stops to Flushing. The breakfast is the simplest kind of bread, eggs, milk, bacon and cereal. The room is quite new, but the area is not large. Overall, it is OK. Forgot to take pictures

On the website it says free shuttle to La Guardia airport, no, we arrived at the airport at 10pm, we had to take a city bus because there was no hotel shuttle and walk to the hotel with our suitcases in the cold, thank you hotel 😡 after a long trip!! Then we arrive frozen at the hotel, alive and there the person gives us the room closest to the kitchen and reception to top it all off with a courtyard view on the ground floor, room 102!! Breakfast starts at 6:30am so the employees start preparing breakfast at 5am, we can hear all the noise in the world, the pallets passing by in the morning, what a pleasure when we are tired from having spent the day visiting New York City!
Then they didn't clean the room for us on the first day! The other days yes but they don't change the towel! Forget to put the bath mat back to get out of the shower! I had to go and ask for one! What a shame!
It's cold in the room so I had to ask for a duvet because there was only a sheet and a thin blanket on the bed!
The metro is a 10-minute walk away.
If you arrive from an airport other than La Guardia you don't have a free shuttle!!! They don't care at all!!! Run away!!!! It's better to pay more and be welcomed!!!
