The apartment was really nice and spacious. There was also complimentary coffee and tea.
However, one of the main features of the accomodation was the rooftop pool. Unfortunately, I learnt upon arrival it was closed for the season. I did not see it mentioned anywhere on the ad prior to making the booking. Maybe it would be good to add pool opening dates for the future travelers.

I liked about the room is bigger than the other hotels. Kitchen, washer, dryer in the room but The dryer takes very long to take dry well. The location is not bad it’s near battery park.
The problem was a cockroach came out in the middle of the night. I called front desk to help they can’t do anything because it’s nighttime told me to wait till in the morning. So I had to spray the room and move to my friend house to sleep. Next day the cockroach was dead so the front desk person said they will refund for the night but I have not heard anything back from them. Even complaining to the sonder web and email no response yet. The service is very bad unorganized.

Good location. Good for different spots in the city.
Hotel customer service has been unsatisfactory throughout the reservation including check in on arrival . Non stop wrongful requests to do online pre check in even after I have done and their apps also confirmed and this caused me many conacts with them to ask why there were so many wrongful requests. They even claimed by email i had made no payments and threatened to cancel my booking . It is their internal problem but they never do cross check yet kept sending me wrongful requests.
At the time check in physically they claimed I made double reservation. This was untrue again. Yet they refused to correct their internal record but kept asking me to contacct trip.com to contact them. This was an awful experience when i just stepped into hotel after long haul flight and was detained for an hour and more.
Very terrible bad customer service.

Stay at Sonder Battery Park was great. It's a fully functional apartment with a well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. They also provide detergent pods for both the washing machine as well as dishwasher, along with a scrubber and dishwashing liquid for quick cleanups. The location is great and right next to two subway lines for easy access to anywhere in Manhattan or Brooklyn.
As for the negatives - they don't clean the rooms during the stay, and the mattress felt uncomfortably firm. There's no safe provided in the room either.
But overall, this is a solid 4/5 and I would stay here again.

niestety dobre wrazenie miejscs zrujnowali jego pracownicy. I nie chodzi o jedną osobę a w sumie pięć z którymi miałem kontakt. zarezerowalem pokoj superior z widokiem na miasto. zdjecia w ofercie nijak maja sie do tego co otrzymałem. Mój pokoj 1408 na końcu korytarza był wciśnięty miedzy dwie ściany wiec w pochmurne dni był przygnębiającą norą. widok na zasmiecony dach jakieś części budynku i to wszystko. personel z podejściem ZAPŁACIŁEŚ TO DAJ NAM SPOKÓJ. Zero przepraszam zero prób znalezienia rozwiazania tylko metoda na przeczekanie. Wręcz poczułem sie winny ze mają zle zdjęcia. Rezydując z innego kontunentu jesteś gościem drugiej kategorii. spedzilem tam 6 nocy. Moze i sam pokoj mial standard superior ale jesli doplacam za widok na miasto to chcę go mieć. Wiec drogi menadżerze tego obiektu jesli to czytasz nie oferuj tego pokoju w standardzie WIDOK NA MIASTO, bo to zwykle naciaganie i oszustwo
