The room was extremely dirty, there were cum stains all over the walls. The wallpaper was peeling off everywhere the beds were extremely hard and cheap. The a/c kept making so much noise that I wasn’t able to get any good sleep. We had no view out the window from the two corner rooms we got with both reservations. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures of the room because of how ugly both rooms were I think they were 306 and 1006. I will never be staying in this hotel ever again. The pillows were also so flat my neck hurt the whole time I was there. The towels were also dirty causing me to get a really bad rash on my ankles etc. extremely terrible service. For a hotel that rips people off by charging a daily fee this hotel does not live up to the standard of cleanliness and should not charge a fee if they’re not updating their rooms etc. the only picture I have of the room you can definitely see huge stains on the walls and you can see how dirty the floor is and how old the bed looks

Incredible location near the Central Park, room is not big but enough space, old furniture and a wind notice is heared from the windows all night, you can hear the wind through the windows all night.

The only plus point of this hotel is the location ; near to Central Park. Nothing else. Kind of odour the moment you stepped into the hotel room. Shampoo not refilled despite asking. Broken shower tap. The corridor is dimmed; the wallpaper along the corridor is old and the Color is sucks to me

During a 10-day stay, they stopped cleaning on the 6th day. On top of that, the hot water was only sporadic and had very low pressure. The TV channels didn't work, so it was impossible to watch anything before bed. And the WiFi ONLY works in the reception area!!

I found a cockroach on the curtain😖! The first reaction by the staff was proposed a janitor to catch the cockroach for me! Though they changed another room for me under my request, the shower didn’t work properly at the new room.

like the view nice location easy to access nearby malls no breakfast though which is very sad cause the food is expensive and I get hungry very easily LOL but amazing service but sometimes pretty slow cause my room had a damaged window and toilet but overall it was really good luxurious and many fruit stalls .
