The best hotel located in the center of downtown Manhattan.

Dust under the beds was an issue.The location is perfect, but there were problems with noise from the hallway and only water coming out of the shower all the time.

I had a very comfortable stay. I checked in late, but they accommodated me politely, and the deposit refund was also processed smoothly, so I was able to enjoy my stay comfortably until the very end.

I've never stayed in a hotel like this before. The shower didn't open for ventilation. There was only a fan, no air conditioning. When the fan was on, it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. And when it was off, it was stuffy. I don't know how I managed those four nights. If you're sensitive to sound, don't book this hotel.

The male waiter at the front desk was very cold 😐

The hotel is clean. I think it would be nice to go alone. But I could hear a little bit of noise from the next room. The TV is big and the bathroom is clean, so it's good to listen to it once
