Great location, close to all Manhattan attractions and convenient for transport. The room facilities are a bit old, but it has a strong sense of history. No complimentary bottled water.

The environment is okay, and the room is quite spacious, but the facilities are a bit old. It's a little far from Times Square. There's security at the entrance and in the elevators, so it feels very safe. It's super convenient to hail a taxi right outside the door.

This is an older, established hotel with an excellent location right in Midtown Manhattan. It's convenient for taking the subway to the train station. I really appreciated the security guard checking room cards before entering the elevators in the lobby – it made me feel very safe. The room and bathroom were small, likely due to the hotel's age, and the poor soundproofing was a definite downside. The air conditioning was quite loud, but the temperature was stable. The view from the window was nice; you could even see The Edge. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, and both the security guard and the housekeeping staff were very polite. I arrived from San Francisco at 10 AM, and it was raining and snowing and freezing outside. The front desk said I had to wait until 4 PM to check in, or pay an extra $75 for early check-in, which I couldn't do. Luggage storage wasn't free either; they charged $5 per bag.

The location is convenient, right next to Pennsylvania Station, making it easy to access both the subway and trains. The king-size room is quite small, only 15 square meters, but the twin room is slightly larger. Everything else was pretty good.

The location is super close to the train station, which is very convenient for business travel – that's the most important thing for me.

The New Yorker Hotel boasts an excellent location, especially for those traveling by Amtrak, as it's right next to Penn Station, a major hub for subway and bus lines. Situated in Midtown Manhattan, it offers easy access to Fifth Avenue, Wall Street, the 9/11 Memorial, and Times Square. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel feels secure, with staff checking room cards before you can use the elevators. On the downside, the rooms lack refrigerators, and the air conditioning can be quite noisy.

Convenient location, great environment, well-equipped facilities, and excellent service!
