The hotel is around 10 mins away from the subway station for trains E, M , G and 7, with E and M closest to the hotel. However these trains have unreliable service in weekends and although it is a bit further away, both local and express 7 trains are super convenient.

I got Scabies and rashes all over my body after staying at this hotel. This hotel is very unsanitary and dirty. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They do not clean their rooms regularly. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I stayed here previously and gave a great review. So I was glad to make reservations for our next trip I had reservations that I paid for. Upon our arrival it is no longer a hotel. It is a nyc shelter. No warning,no plans for paying customers arriving or those already there and made to vacate immediately. It was changed in a day. Neither wyndom,nyc or any 3rd party reservationists gave a damn. People arrive from the airport from Europe and other far away places and like me were stranded. The treatment we received was outrageous

This hotel doesn't exist anymore. Me and my friend was supposed to check in today, and when arriving there it wasn't a hotel anymore, it was a shelter. New ownership. No word from the hotel or from my third party agent. All there was, was a paper taped up on the window that the guests should contact the hotel or third party agent.

This hotel has a very good location near Manhattan. Price/quality was very good. We enjoyed our stay en we recommend this hotel. Breakfast: more then enough choice. The staff was friendly and gave good service. Cleaning of the room: several times during our stay. And we got new towels when we asked.

The staff at this location was very pleasant staff upon arrival and check-in. The room was clean and new. Breakfast is included which I loved. Check-out went very smoothly as well. For business trips or vacation this location in LIC is a subway ride to Manhattan!
