Great experience. Asked for towels but never received. A bit on the smaller side but not bad for price

Great location, but the room was a bit small.

The location of the hotel is convenient. However, the room isn’t cleaned enough (such the there are some stains on the bed sheets) and there isn’t any shower gel left in the bathroom when the time I arrive at my hotel room ( they should refill all the toiletries in advanced before the customers get to the hotel, which is disappointed for me). The front staff isn’t too helpful too, when I am asking him about the problem of the snack vending machine on the basement of the hotel, he tells me that is not part of their business( the machine is not working efficiently, when I am trying to purchase the snacks from the machine, the items don’t come out after I have paid for it ). I feel the hotel staffs should have the responsibilities to take care the all vending machines at the hotel too, when they find out the machines are not working properly, they should let the customer know in advanced, so that we will not use the vending machines at all! And they don’t even offer any breakfast for us at all, even they are part of our booking packages. I will definitely go for other hotels to stay instead next time, with more reasonable price and better service.

Not bad at all and there is public buses running into Flushing Main Street. Check-in time is 230PM but you can leave your luggage at front desk. Early check-in is at cost. Within walking distance to a famous Korean spa sauna nearby.

Close to the airport, good value for money.

Nice room and clean

The advantage is that you can park for free. The only thing that is a bit disappointing is that the hotel room is not soundproof and a bit noisy.

The price is reasonable, the room is clean and quiet, the location is convenient, and there are many entertainment places nearby.

A two-star hotel with average accommodation quality. There is a Q25 bus in front of the hotel that can take you to the subway station, which is an advantage. The water pressure is very small and you can only wash it slowly. It costs more than $100 a night, which is also an advantage.

The room is very clean. Although it is not big, it is cost-effective. The receptionist is very friendly.

The front desk was replaced by a guy who looked like an Indian. I was given a basement room, which was really small and bad. There were people arguing at night, and the sound was not blocked at all, just like a shadow play. Someone also tried to open my room door at one or two o'clock (in the early morning), probably because they read the wrong room number. Overall, this stay was a negative experience.

A very bad experience. The price is high and the quality is poor. The space is cramped and hygienic. The facilities are all low-quality and cheap street stalls. They can only be used as decoration. It costs nearly 1k RMB per night. I am really speechless. The hot water was not hot, and they asked to check out before 11am, which was quite unreasonable.
