Real shame of hospitality. Zero competence and professionalism at the reception desk. At the check-in I received the cheapest room while city view room was booked (check the differences with web-site description at the attached photo). Nobody from reception even expressed their regrets.

The location was good but the food was terrible. The breakfast was cold and not good. The elevators were not working most of the times, we had to wait 15 minutes everytime after calling the elevator.  The receptionist didn't explain the benefits included with the booking and we wasted a lot of credit.  The restaurant of the hotel was not good.   Only good things were the view and location.

We got the king room with a balcony, non Empire State view and it was perfect for a date night out in the city. The garment district has wonderful food options. Tried Tonchin around the block and the ramen was magnificent. Walked from hotel to Times Square, Bryant Park, and Rockefeller. Clean. The balcony provided beautiful views of the Vanderbilt Building. Would stay again. Wasn’t early enough for the breakfast or the evening reception which is 2 complimentary tickets per adult in the room. The AC/Heater worked well. The elevators for us were quick to get to us.

EEverything is ok except two things.   1. I got into the 4/f for the drink. I got the first drink and one minute later I wanted to get another drink for my husband. They rejected me and said they were closed. Just one minute difference they didn’t want to accommodate. Never said it was the last call.   2. Very crowded and even closed half of the restaurant.

Extremely small rooms with very little space to spare. Also, despite the online description, the hotel offers no valley parking or parking in general. It took us another 20 minutes to drive to the nearest parking after we checked in, so plan ahead.
