Great hotel, recommend for staying! Amazing room and bed, nice service and friendly staff!! The location is not the best, but everything else covers it well

The breafast is tasty though not many choices. The service is excellent. Staff are friendly.

The service was great. Smooth check in and out. Great hotel also, just the location wasn't for me, thought this part of flushing would be close to Time Square, turned out to be at least a 20 something minutes drive from the hotel.

Located in Flushing. Its a good location if you want to explore other side of New York. There's a lot of Asian restaurants, bakeshops, and tea places around the area and interesting sightings at night time like street foods. My mom and I stayed in this hotel and they were all friendly. They also provided free water bottles when we checked in and another in the room. The room was clean and very comfortable. I would love to stay here again in the future when I visit NYC again.

The room is relatively big enough and clean. However, I really did not like the service in all aspects as following: Front desk: It took 20 minutes to explain that breakfast was included. I showed my email and app where it is clearly written "included". Breakfast: very simple one and refill takes forever. I had to tell the waitress to refill the coffee and other meals who was standing next to the table and scrolling her cell phone without any greeting to anybody. Shuttle bus: We made a reservation for the bus at 12 pm and we're told to exit the hotel 10 minutes before. The bus driver did not open the bus door and showed his 5 fingers to wait. I knocked the door at 12 to get in but the driver was so rude and asked if we were in hurry and complained that he had been awake since 2 am. It was his duty to take us to the airport on time. He complained again and again during the ride which was unbelievable. I never experienced such behavior from shuttle bus driver. Overall the hotel is not 4 star hotel! It is 3 or below.

They still do not refund the deposit money even after a week later. It's not a normal thing. I hope they do soon for me.

Went to visit NY with friends for the first time and we got a wonderful stay. Safe and near to restaurants ❤️

The hotel and service itself are great, however the valet parking which is on the doorstep of the hotel, even though they say they arnt affiliated damaged our car and did not reimburse. If the hotel is going to offer a service they should own up to it and only provide a service that they are confident in. Their insurance didn't cover anything and we paid over $150USD to park there for 3 days, plus the damage is atleast $1000USD to fix.

The rooms are nice and setup is good. The blood on both sheets was not what I was looking to see on my clean bed . During my stay they were testing the smoke alarms so they were being set off and they needed access to my room. Being I booked from a site… this site … was some difficultly finding my reservation. . I’m sorry… clean bed sheets are a must … that’s a game changer

It’s a bit far from Main Street subway station but the hotel itself is good quality. Room was modern, spacious and clean. Decent gym and small indoor pool are well kept as well. A bit pricey but you certainly get what you pay for here.

Hotel is new. Bed is very comfortable. Simple interior but big enough for long stay.

Very clean I must saw the reviews were spot on with this place definitely will be back. The only negative I would give is the staff when your arrive it's all happy go lucky as soon as you check front desk doesn't really pay attention. It was my father 65 birthday I put down notes so that when we would arrive they could of decorated the door or something of that sort I had to remind the front desk and they gave him sparkling water lol.

I really liked this modern hotel in Flushing. The room was spacious and clean, and I liked other amenities such as fitness center and indoor pool. The location was good as well. It is within 5-minute walking distance to subway/LIRR stations and main part of Flushing, so it wasn't as loud yet I had easy access to all the restaurants/cafes/shops. For the price I paid, this hotel was a very good value.
