Great location!

Social media and website presentation do not match with real experience. More premium and superior presentation vs a standard hotel concept. This hotel is more like a social gathering, events, parties venue rather than a hotel. Check in experience was very bad. We did the check in in midnight and the guy there did not have a clue about the amenities or facilities. I knew more as a guest! Slippers were missing, since the room phone was a very complex device I could not reach the reception so I had to go myself and request. Also the blanket concept is “furry”. If you are allergic please remember to ask for a regular blanket. Location is very good, nearby whole foods market helps alot for healthy food options. The neighborhood is safe and silent. Early morning pilates experience at the roof was beautiful. The garden of the hotel is not clean. People eat/drink and leave trash behind. Always full, hard to find a spot to rest. Overall experience 3 out of 5.

Great hotel stay, perfect location and clean room would definitely stay again! But only downside was the staff seemed a little impatient during checkin and didn’t explain much to us. I found out from another guest later on that hotel guests has free entry to roof top bar. Which we didn’t know about and paid for.

Loved the location on the LES. Staff was friendly and helpful but room cleanliness could be improved - found a contact lens on the floor upon checking.

We stayed here as a family and had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. Great value for the price and easy for family travel.”
