I forgot to take pictures. The location of this hotel is pretty good. It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway. There are Chinese restaurants, McDonald's and the like nearby. However, the hotel's hardware facilities are relatively simple. It may be an old hotel with average sound insulation. You can hear it if the TV in the next room is louder. Breakfast is relatively simple, okay. The attitude of the front desk staff was good.

We were here for Christmas with our son who loves in the area. The staff was outstanding, we were very comfortable and it was near our son’s neighborhood. We would stay here again.

We tried to use the vault in the room but there was not any key pad to key in a security code. It was supposed to have a key but the key was missing and Best Western Hotel could not provide a key for the vault.
It is unbelievable
There absolutely no parking space around the hotel so they offered a valet service.
We used the valet service last night.
In theory we could get our car back from the valet service with a 15 minute notice.
We called the receptionist to get our car today by 7:45 am but when we went to pick up the car, our car was not there as promised even though that we called 30 minutes before 7:45 am.
There was only one employee at the hotel front desk who was trying to deal with 3 people checking in, she had to answer calls and she had to walk to the parking lot to pick up our car at a parking lot 5 minutes walk away.
Obviously she could not abandon the front desk to go pick up our car…. because she was the only employee available at the hotel…

This is a very nice hotel and the bathrooms seemed to have been recently redone and were much nicer than you would anticipate. The only problem is the parking, which was extremely difficult.

It’s a great location in Bay ridge NY. Great shopping and eating options all nearby and within walking distance. Also the train is 1 block away to take your anywhere. Only bad was looking for parking over this holiday weekend.

I stayed at the Best Western Gregory for a quick post thanksgiving trip that I booked solely for the purpose of exploring New York. I have family in NY however, as a young man I wanted to fly solo on this trip. This hotel was perfectly conducive to that. Access to the R train on 86th and 4th made it super easy to commute to and from Manhattan. The centrality of the location also made getting a Lyft to the Brooklyn surrounds as well as to queens very easy and quick. I had seen the Rhee before of people saying the hotel isn’t clean, they’re lying. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I’m a medical professional so trust me, I know what it means to be clean.
I however didn’t like that after hours I was able to stroll in to the hotel without anyone really verifying my identify. I think this is a potential safety hazard, and I’d encourage the Best Western team to be a little more vigilant with this. However I had no incidents and overall I’d stay here again for a quick solo trip or with a partner.

I enjoyed my stay here overall. Good: Everything was clean and the staff were very accommodating. On our first night we called the front desk to put in a few requests, and they delivered to us within minutes. On our 2nd night, we had very loud neighbors (kids jumping around and screaming, even after midnight). We alerted one of the staff members and she put us in a quieter room, which we were very grateful for. I also liked that the hotel was close to the highway that i needed in order to get back down south. Not So Good: Some of the equipment in the rooms were noisy (HVAC unit, lights, etc), and the breakfast did not look appealing at all. Even the hot water for tea had black particles in it. (?)
Overall, I would recommend this place.
