The Washington hotel best thing is a very good location. As some other reviewers may say, cleanliness and amenities can be better but for sleeping at night it was more than enough.

Rude staff who think customers are a pain. The hotel management is very greedy - they charge $2.00 to store luggage, we have travelled the world and have never come across a hotel that charge for keeping luggage. The overall vibe is negative. The only positive is the location. Wouldn't stay here again. Thank you

Good location with nil amenities such as a kettle, tea bags or coffee.

The location was super amazing. The room had a great view, and bed was very comfortable. Staff at the reception were quite helpful, but the manager not at all. They were doing construction work above my room at 08:00 in the morning, and the manager didn't seem to care that much, even after i called the noise continued until they finished the work.

Nice view of world trade centre, close to a few subway stations, rooms are decent but lack maintenance.

A view to die for. No food or drink facilities in the hotel itself or in rooms. Could do with being refreshed as tatty woodwork etc. With a view like that all is forgiven

Have stayed here numerous times, and it's consistently a well managed and run hotel. Clean and conveniently located with a great view in most rooms.

Hotel rooms need some work are starting to show their age, even just a bit of paint and some light maintenance and deep cleaning would probably be enough. Otherwise pretty decent for a NY hotel rooms are a good size, nice views and staff is friendly for NY.

The hotel is acceptable, considered the price is relatively cheap among the other hotels in manhattan. But no coffee and tea bag, nor kettle are provided.
