The service at the Peninsula is top notch. They were very accommodating and made sure our stay was comfortable

We liked everything, the location is good, the staff is kind and friendly, the bed is very good, the breakfast was great, the pool is very good, I just didn't give it a 10 because of something that I explain below

The service is very good. The hotel is a bit old, not as new as in China. It is a pity that the package does not include breakfast.

Very small, very noisy, not recommended, the service is very average, not worth the price at all, it is estimated that the main payment is the rent and location. No coffee in the room. I have tried both Peninsula and Mandarin Oriental, and the sincerity is average.

Just outside the window is the hotel's outdoor machine, the view is very bad

The room is a bit small, but the bathroom area is big enough. In a place like Manhattan where land is expensive, such an area is acceptable. But relative to such a high price, the comfort must still be discounted.

The location is very convenient and the breakfast is good
