The primary reason we chose this was because of its proximity to the Peloton studios, and that did not disappoint. We were a 3 minute walk away from peloton which made getting into the live classes super convenient. The hotel itself is great- very clean, friendly staff, and decently sized rooms for NYC. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

The room facilities are complete and pleasant. Free yoga mats and foam shafts are provided. Morning and evening workouts can be played on the TV. Everything is related to the concept of fitness. Lovely hotel, great location, great rooms and nice staff. Our two rooms were really lovely. Great air conditioning. Quiet for New York. Location amazing, walk across the road to Times Square. Subway station close by. Door men were really helpful. Big thank you to Jimmy who was really helpful. Concierge was really helpful getting us great tickets to shows. Breakfast was ok. Charlie Parker Steak across the road had excellent steak.

They made this trip truly enjoyable and demonstrated why one should choose to stay at the CDMX above all other options. The hotel is beautiful and a truly luxurious experience. Furthermore, this hotel is in the middle of everything. It's very easy to walk to nearly every tourist destination and it's right on the hop on/hop off bus route. There should have been 4 bathrobes as well as 4 pairs of slippers but there were only 2 bathrobes. The rendering of the photos does not reflect reality. In addition I paid extra to be between the 10th and 20th floor but the view was zero because it was in the interior corner of the hotel.

I was promised a room with a city view, but I got a view of a brick wall. There was no hair dryer in the room - it took an hour for them to deliver one. I couldn't wash the shampoo out of my hair because the water pressure was so weak. The heater in the room was so loud we had to almost shout to talk over it. - you couldn't turn it off. The 3 people at the front desk were either very understaffed or purposefully avoiding helping customers. I couldn't get anyone's attention or assistance. They couldn't find an Amazon package I had delivered there. No bottled water in the rooms. You can purchase it in the lobby for $8.00 for a small bottle. The digital key on the app didn't work. I paid $450 to spend 17 hours in this room - that's so much money. It's just not worth it.

The location is very good and the rooms are a decent size, but mine was very dark (not that I care too much, as I was most of the time out). The breakfast was also very good, but extremely crowded no matter the time you went for it (not much the hotel can do if they are fully booked as it seemed in the weekend I was there). All in all, really good experience. I will stay again in it if the occasion comes.

room was great, clean. had a fridge and microwave. great bathroom. super close to times square. lots of cafes and food places right next to the hotel. the staff was so kind and answered all our questions. they accommodated my group so well and i will definitely be coming back to this hotel when i come to ny. their sign on the building does not say ''truss hotel” so just look out for their hotel on the maps. david at the front desk was super helpful and nice. thank you truss for a great and pleasant experience.
