The price was relatively good, and the hotel was clean. However, the neighborhood felt unsafe, with a lot of black people around, like warehouses. I stayed there for two days, and it didn't get dark until after 8 p.m. in the summer, but I didn't dare go out. I usually arrived at the hotel around 4 p.m. and stayed there. Although there's a subway not far away, I was still afraid to walk there; it's incredibly smelly and dirty. The hotel itself was very safe.

Very satisfied. 1. The location is great, less than a five-minute walk from Penn Station (the entrance is next to Madison Square Garden). Penn Station is a major transportation hub, offering LIRR trains to and from JFK Airport and Amtrak connections across the US. The hotel is about two minutes from the station, and all major Midtown attractions are within walking distance. 2. The room was a good size and clean, with separate wet and dry bathrooms. It was also very quiet. The staff was friendly, and the lobby provided free hot water and coffee. Overall, highly recommended!

The location of this place is just amazing. Staff were very polite. We had a room with a small kitchenette. It's tiny but everything you need to get by for a few days. Bathroom and shower on the other hand are spacious in comparison. The only thing that didn't suit us personally was the finishing time of the breakfast in the weekdays. It finishes at 9am but otherwise, everything else was absolutely great.
