"The hotel is new, the room has a heavy dust smell, when an artificial vacuum cleaner for one night, the air conditioner in the room blows the metal partition and shouts at night. The service is even worse. The front desk is full of recruits. There are a bunch of people standing. The work efficiency is extremely low. There is no smile on the face. The breakfast is exaggerated. The milk has been mixed with water. I can’t drink the milk. I don’t plan to add it. The fruit is rotten and put in the fruit plate. Alas, the service management is a big problem."

"The check-in and check-out were both very pleasant. They parked the car at the side entrance so we wouldn't have trouble finding it, and even came to meet us at the car. The staff also offered to help us with our luggage. The room was spacious, bright, and odor-free. I even took a close-up photo of the pillows – so clean! Highly recommended! The breakfast was also great, and they even gave our little one a toy to play with when we checked out. My only suggestion, though, is that since everything was so perfect, could you please provide disposable toilet seat covers? Even if the room is spotless, sitting on the toilet seat is still a bit unsettling. 😄"

"The free parking lot is spacious and never crowded. The room itself is clean, tidy, and roomy, providing a comfortable and airy feel. Although it's close to the road, it's surprisingly quiet. They provided disposable towels and toilet seat covers.
I was impressed that the bathroom sink came with makeup remover and body lotion. The shampoo and conditioner were excellent.
One of the pillows was zero-pressure, which made for a fantastic night's sleep. The duvet was large and comfortable too.
The smart toilet was a huge plus – the water temperature was perfect, and it didn't splash everywhere like some do. Really impressed with that!
The front desk staff were very thoughtful, providing detailed answers to my questions and giving me maps for attractions and shopping.
If you're visiting the Victoria across the street, you'll really love this place. They even gave a little gift to my child, which made them incredibly happy!"

"Truthfully: I passed by Bayaner by car. I saw that there was no bad review in this hotel in Trip.com , so I decided to stay here. The location of the hotel is easy to find. The parking in front of the door downstairs is convenient. The lobby of the hotel is oversized. There are three people at the front desk. The service attitude is very general. Let me stay in room 6007 (Superior King Room), When I arrived in the room, I saw a little fecal stain on the inside of the toilet. I called the front desk (there was no phone in the room, I called the front desk through Trip.com ). They asked me to go downstairs to find them to change the room card. When I was going downstairs, I met the supervisor Ma Chunhua. She knew and immediately showed me other rooms. I saw that the windows of other rooms were small, and I decided to live in this room. The Ma Chunhua supervisor lifted his sleeves and squatted down to clean the toilet. I was very touched at the time. After all, it was the supervisor. The level was different. Although the shower room was separated, there was no glass door to block the water. I can’t go down when I flow to the toilet. When I take a bath, the sewer flow is super slow and overflows the feet. The water on the bathroom floor is not dry all night. I don’t know who designed the faucet. It’s not easy to use. It’s not easy to use. It’s still loud. I don’t know what machine is on the roof outside the window during the day. The roar has been constant. Fortunately, the roar finally stopped at 9 o'clock in the evening. Other aspects: the room is equipped with two disposable towels, two bath towels, and two pairs of disposable slippers. The price is less than 200, and the price/performance ratio is quite high. Finally, it is recommended that employees learn more from the supervisor Ma Chunhua."
