"Simple yet good breakfast, with options that accommodated my vegetarian diet. The hotel is tastefully designed, blending modern comfort with traditional Chinese culture. I also liked the neighbouring mall and lively streets, plus it’s conveniently close to the subway. Free laundry was a great bonus. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Nothing to complain about – everything was great. A stay you would definitely love!"

"As new hotel. Great rooms and everything was very clean and quiet with lovely soft beds that we slept so well in. We booked 2 x twin rooms with no window and found the rooms to be great, especially after a day of sightseeing. Staff were friendly and helpful, though we knew no chinese. The hotel is located a short Didi ride from the metro. We opted for the breakfast on a number of occasions and found it to be good value. A good selection of food which we enjoyed. Nearby the hotel were shops for our daily needs and a KFC."

"Right off the bat, my room was upgraded for free by Jiang when I checked in, which was a really nice surprise. The hotel itself is super new and clean. Breakfast was pretty much the same everyday but very good. All the staff was very kind and helpful, especially Jiang who responded promptly to all my requests. The metro station is slightly far, maybe a 15-17 minute walk but it's totally doable. I also used Didi (taxi) a lot and it was always pretty affordable. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel."

"The room is spacious and bright, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows 😍. It's quiet and well soundproofed, and comes equipped with a fridge and a washing machine. The extensive common areas truly make you feel at home. Outside the window, you can see the New Workers' Stadium, Parkview Green, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sanlitun, and The Place – the views are fantastic for photos 🥰🥰. Transportation is incredibly convenient, with the Line 6 subway station right downstairs, offering a direct route to Universal Studios. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip. 👍👍 Absolutely five stars!"

"We stayed 6 nights at the Moments Suite. Hotel asked for a 5 star review on the platform but i can only give it a 4 at best. Pros - Location is amazing. Right next to Qianmen street, lots of food options, close to line 8 metro station, easy to get didi which we did most of the trip, no traffic jam to airport, close to wangfujing and key attractions. Hotel shares the same building and facilities as Wanda Yi which charges higher avg nightly rates, but many of Yi rooms are now facing a mega construction site. - Delivery robots made late night takeaways fuss free - The moment suite is huge, which we wanted for our stay - Laundry room has 4 washers and 4 dryers of commercial grade so the laundry cycle is optimized for performance. You need to transfer and collect laundry yourself. They are very well used at night - Gym is equipped with top notch facilities - Dyson hairdryer - Clean common facilities. We saw staff cleaning the lobby furniture at night - Housekeeping is passionate about making up the room everyday. I was told by a housekeeper that they are paid per room they made. We didnt want to be disturbed so we only had the room made up on 2 occasions. Just make sure you hang the do not disturb sign if it is not required as they will keep asking. Cons - No smart bidet which mattered when choosing our hotel. Our room should have come with the smart bidet but the remote was removed when we checked in. When i tried activating it via the buttons on the toilet bowl, i could see the bidet was malfunctioning. It looks like the hotel didnt replace the faulty hardware. There’s no separate hose bidet so it was very inconvenient. - Shower had wonky temperature control. Water remained painfully hot even after toggling to the coldest setting. It was quite stressful showering every night as i didnt want to get scalded. - Dusty rfloor from day 1. The counter surfaces in the room were clean but floor on the other hand was very dusty. I wore room slippers throughout and avoided putting my bare feet on the ground. - Very poor sound insulation. Our room faced the main road, right above the pedestrian bridge. We could hear conversations of the pedestrians all day, aside from the very clear heavy traffic noise and not forgetting sounds from the other rooms. Light sleepers should avoid. - Cigarette smell. There was at least a guest smoking at Level 3 near the standalone lift every night (not the side with 3 lifts), causing cigarette smoke to seep into our room. I’m not sure what we could have done to avoid this as smoking in hotels seems to be a habit in the country. Overall service was basic. Dont expect the best but its not the worst either."

I immediately contacted the front desk, and to my surprise, your team's response was incredibly swift, and their professionalism in resolving the issue far exceeded my expectations. A special shout-out goes to the male staff member, Shenglong, whose performance was truly exceptional. Not only did he arrive on the scene promptly, but he also handled the problem with incredible patience and meticulous attention to detail. He maintained a gentle and friendly smile throughout, and his professional and attentive service made me feel genuinely respected and cared for. His attitude and approach put me completely at ease and significantly enhanced my positive impression of the hotel. Furthermore, your entire team is exceptional. Whenever I left the hotel, the staff at the entrance would kindly remind us to take a bottle of water, just in case. And upon our return, they would warmly greet us with questions like, 'Did you have a good time? Where did you go? Do you need anything else?' These seemingly small gestures were incredibly heartwarming and made us feel truly looked after and cared for. This group of young individuals is full of vitality, sincere, and enthusiastic, which is truly reassuring to witness. Beyond the excellent service, I also want to commend the hotel's overall design aesthetic and meticulous upkeep. The entire hotel's design is truly unique and distinctive, with every detail exuding taste. From the room decor to the artwork adorning the hallway walls, everything creates an elegant yet modern ambiance that always caught my eye. The rooms were spotless, and the furnishings were exquisite and comfortable, allowing me to feel the joy of being in a luxurious space at every moment. Furthermore, every area within the hotel, including the lobby, corridors, and public facilities, maintained exceptionally high standards of cleanliness. The pristine and bright environment was incredibly comforting. Your hotel, from its design and environment to its service, is truly impressive. "The room was a bit cold, but thankfully, the hotel provided a heater. The front desk was a bit slow. The breakfast was a bummer. It was the worst breakfast I've ever had at a Sheraton. The room was clean, though. The housekeeping staff was also very attentive."

The hotel is located near Wangfujing, making transportation incredibly convenient, with Dengshikou subway station right downstairs. Whether you want to go shopping in bustling commercial areas or visit famous attractions, everything is easily accessible. There are also various convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping malls nearby. The hotel staff were wonderful. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was handled with enthusiasm and professionalism. Housekeeping was also very prompt, diligently cleaning the room and replenishing supplies daily. When there were road closures due to military parade rehearsals, the hotel staff promptly informed us, helping us plan our sightseeing accordingly. The only drawback was that the room was a bit small, but this is understandable given its prime location. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Beijing in the future."
