"這次帶家人來莫干山度週末，選了未有期度假莊園，真的遠超預期！我們住的是家庭房，房間特別寬敞，帶一個大露台，一眼望出去就是竹海，孩子和長者都喜歡得不得了。酒店的服務太貼心了，知道我們有小朋友，提前準備了小童拖鞋和牙刷，細節滿分！早餐營養搭配均衡，尤其是那個桂花米糕，鬆軟香甜，孩子一口氣吃了兩個。酒店周邊還有小溪，帶孩子去玩了水，撿了小石頭，體驗了一把真正的山野樂趣。下次來莫干山，一定還會選擇這裏！"

"第一次入住，就驚艷到我們了，首先進來第一印象特別好，給我們端來了本地的黃茶，服務很熱情，看的出管理有一套！主題酒店，讓人感覺非常好，從大門口到大堂到過道和房間，運動感滿滿，硬件設施沒的説，超出我的期望。餐廳周邊還有環形跑道！接下來説説細節 大堂：前台飄飄小姐姐先贊一個，進來都會跟你打招呼，主動積極解決問題，在大堂穿西裝的管理人員親和力很強，一看就是專業職業經理人，和客户不停的溝通交流！整體水平很高 客房服務：很好，續住情況下安排衞生很快，送物也快 周邊環境：很不錯的，訂的那種景觀房，在房間可以直接欣賞，特別的舒適，趕上了音樂噴泉⛲很漂亮的夜景 早餐：早餐小朋友非常喜歡 還步行去了銀泰逛，點外賣什麼的都可以點到 設施：有健身器材齊全，還有桌球室，相較於其他同等級酒店水平要高出很多，這裏還有個籃球基地，可惜沒時間過去 趕上了國慶結婚，很喜慶，哈哈😃總之，性價比很高的酒店，四星的酒店五星的服務水平，值得推薦，下次暑假過來避暑"

"The first time I stayed at the Moganshan Radisson Virgin Hotel, the front desk service was quite warm. The hotel was newly opened this year. You can see the facilities from the lobby. It is quite new. I told the front desk that I want to have a higher floor and a better view. I also try my best to satisfy the room. Very clean and hygienic. Breakfast is also very good. It is a buffet. The waiter in the restaurant is very good. In general, it is worth staying. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Deqing, I will give priority to this hotel. The guide has a private swimming pool. The water is clean and clear. The key is not to dry. "After checking in, I found that the room was dirty and not cleaned. I contacted the front desk, but there was no response after a while. I urged the manager to change the room. There were more than 5 people on the 24-hour front desk, so they understood the difficulty and were generally satisfied with the handling. Special thanks to Ctrip’s official customer service, who have been helping to urge the matter and responded in a timely manner. The hotel has a good environment. It is located in the mountains above Yu Village and has its own private courtyard. There is a shuttle bus from the lobby to the rooms on the mountain, and the response is very timely. The only downside is that the bed has no headboard and is directly against the wall, which is not very comfortable for watching TV."

"The retro-style design at the front desk is perfect for photos (I recommend wearing vintage-inspired clothing; it perfectly complements the hotel's ambiance). It was a shame I didn't bring a friend this time. The lobby also has books on aromatherapy essential oils, supposedly from a partnered lifestyle brand. It's very stylish, and relaxing to sit in the lobby and read is truly relaxing! The rooms also have a retro feel, which I loved. They're full of details, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is also in a great location, very close to Yucun Square and surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, and cultural and creative shops. I especially commend the service; the housekeepers were very helpful and responsive, and the breakfast was very generous and unique. It was a truly wonderful vacation experience!
