New Hotels in Erenhot

"This is one of the two upscale hotels in Erenhot (they also have a branch in Hohhot). I happened to see it in Erenhot and decided to give it a try. At around 400 RMB, it's officially rated as a 4-star hotel, but the value for money definitely feels like a 5-star. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The most pleasant surprise was that they offer afternoon tea (with snacks and pastries) and a late-night supper (which was really like a full dinner, featuring congee, milk tea, and freshly-made steamed buns). Moreover, the staff were incredibly friendly and observant, always eager to help, almost competing to assist you! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who gets the chance to stay in Erenhot."

"This is the first time I've felt compelled to leave a negative review. While the hotel's cleanliness was good, the bed and pillows were decent, and it was relatively quiet, many design elements were incredibly impractical and poorly thought out, almost as if no consideration was given to user experience. The toilet cubicle was so cramped that the door would hit my knees when I sat down. The sink faucet was positioned awkwardly to one side, making it incredibly inconvenient to wash anything. And in the shower, the shampoo and body wash dispensers were placed so high above my head that I had to stand on tiptoes and really struggle to get any product. I had originally planned to stay for two nights, but I checked out after just one and quickly found alternative accommodation. I strongly recommend improvements."

"The receptionist said this hotel just opened at the beginning of the year and is very stylishly decorated. We brought two children with us, and a front desk lady with bangs asked if we needed slippers. She was very attentive and helpful, and even offered to add a chicken drumstick! Breakfast wasn't very varied, but it was delicious! Erenhot is a magnificent, loving, and warm city! I'll definitely be traveling again and recommend Daixi to my friends!"
