It makes people feel the importance the hotel attaches to the guest experience. In addition, Xiao Zhang at the front desk also left a very deep impression on me. After I left the store, I found that there were clothes lost in the hotel. Xiao Zhang not only patiently helped me find it, but also took the initiative to send me back to the family address after I found it. It was really intimate and made me feel the serious and responsible attitude of the hotel staff. In addition, during the restaurant meal and when you usually meet with other staff, everyone will be very friendly and take the initiative to say hello and ask if there is a place for help. The service atmosphere of the whole hotel is very warm and makes people feel at home.
