The facilities are comparable to a five-star hotel. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to Heidushan Mountain, the Petroleum Town, and Ruyi Lake. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance to visit again."

"The Qinggan Great Ring Line specially circled Mangya Emerald Lake. Although the distance is far, it is really worth it. The very beautiful salt lake is playing backwards, starting from Dunhuang to Mangya. The hotel is very clean, not worse than a large chain hotel, the living is very comfortable, the sound insulation is not good, this is a common problem, the corridor is very noisy, the luck is not good to meet a group of people at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night is still noisy. The hotel as a whole is good, there is a farmer's market nearby, there are fruits to eat and drink, dinner and breakfast are solved here."

The room has a direct drinking water dispenser, a wet and dry separation bathroom, a humidifier, and comprehensive toiletries. The mini-bar also has drinks. Downstairs, there are various small restaurants, milk tea shops, and supermarkets, which is very convenient. However, the air conditioning in the room is quite noisy even at the lowest fan speed, and the restaurant is small with limited options."

"The hotel is new and the location is okay, considering Mangya is a small area. The room door wasn't soundproof; conversations outside were clearly audible. The receptionist was very unprofessional. When my family of three arrived, a man and a woman at the front desk were engrossed in arguing about work-related matters, completely ignoring us. We booked two standard rooms through Ctrip. The order was placed using three different IDs, meaning all three IDs could be used to track the booking. The receptionist processed all three IDs and handed me a single room key. My daughter is a junior in college; are we supposed to share a room? That same evening, after leaving Mangya, we booked the Vienna Hotel through Ctrip in Minfeng County. We presented our IDs, and the receptionist said there were two double rooms. I asked how she knew without checking the computer, and she said she received the information a long time ago. It's a simple job, but it depends on how attentive you are!"

"The front desk lady was very friendly, helped us with our luggage, and also helped us upgrade the room for free. Before leaving, she also sent us wolfberry tea. The room was clean and tidy, all facilities were complete, there were disposable toiletries, the bed was big and soft, and it was super comfortable to sleep. The hot water in the bath is also very sufficient, wash with confidence, don't worry about the hot water will break. In short, very satisfied"
