"🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Five-star recommendation! A hidden gem in the Zhongshan commercial district! My stay at 'Home Hotel - Xinan Branch' completely exceeded expectations! The location is incredibly convenient; it's about a 10-minute walk from Metro Exit 6, and even with luggage, it was an easy stroll. The biggest surprise was that the hotel is right at the entrance of Ningbo Night Market. As soon as you step out, you're immediately immersed in the lively night market atmosphere. If you want a late-night snack or to go shopping, it's seamless! Even though it's right next to the night market, the room was completely quiet; the soundproofing is excellent. The environment was also kept clean and tidy, and the bathroom's hygiene details were reassuring. During my stay, no matter how late I contacted the front desk, the staff responded promptly. The 24-hour online service was truly heartwarming; they helped resolve any issues immediately, making it feel like having a personal butler by my side. Overall, this place offers a combination of convenient transportation, strong local amenities, peace and comfort, and excellent service, all at a very reasonable price. It's definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting the Zhongshan commercial district! I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back for another stay! 💯"

"Self check-in was a breeze, but when I did encounter an issue, the hotel staff were more than happy to help. The restaurant and lounge on the second floor are open 24/7, which is super convenient! All the hotel staff were incredibly polite, warm, and always eager to assist."

"The toilet motor is not strong, the stool is not clean, and there is no exclusive shower head to flush the toilet; there is no service staff at the counter in the morning to help store luggage. The advantage is that it is clean and comfortable, very close to the exit of M8"

"Room size is good size for couple. Room layout is quite well plan. Ideal for short vacation or business trip stay. The hotel community space living concept is good and the space gives a very calming and comfortable vibe. The luggage storage space is very convenient and secured. The hotel put in thoughts to have different servings of food and drinks in the community space at different timing which is a surprise factor which I will booked again for my next trip. The hotel price is very competitive with its own unique. Location is very convenient at Ximen station exit 3. This is a very easy access if you travelling with luggage, most least flight of steps to carry luggage which i feel. When out of exit, you see the hotel on your left."

"Couldn't find it at first glance; you really have to look carefully to spot it. The main reason is it's not a standalone building, and the Carrefour sign right next to it is even more prominent. It's in Datong District, the old part of Taipei, and the hotel itself is quite old. The room is small, and the facilities are also dated. Among all the hotels I've stayed at in Southeast and Northeast Asia for a similar price, this was the worst. The service during check-in on the first day was mediocre, but the other staff members were very good. If you choose this hotel, remember to bring your own toiletries, as they are not provided. However, the Carrefour supermarket next door sells everything you might need, haha."

"The hotel's location is convenient. However, be aware that the entrance isn't very obvious; it took a while to find it. If you see a Family Mart, just go in, and you'll spot it. The hotel is very close to Yongkang Street, which is great for strolling and eating. There's also a 7-Eleven nearby. The hotel itself is new, and the front desk staff are polite. One thing to note: the laundry room doesn't provide detergent, so you'll need to buy your own. Also, I'm not sure why the internet worked fine on the iPad but was very slow on my phone. Overall, it's a good experience, and I would stay here again."

"The hotel's location is really convenient for shopping, especially with so many great food options nearby – it's super handy for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are quite a few tourists around, but generally, it's still quiet once you close the window. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and can help book cars, which costs about the same as a taxi, so it's a convenient option."

"This trip to Taiwan was entirely because of this newly opened hotel! The hotel decoration is very beautiful and in line with Capella's concept! The only drawback is that the service is not worthy of its reputation! First of all, the room type given to me when I checked in was different from what I booked, and it took a lot of time to change rooms~ Secondly, when I sent my clothes for laundry, I was shocked when they were returned after the first wash. They were the same as before!! Is this Capella's service? ? It's hard to imagine~ The second wash was finally clean, and they were charged as usual! Finally, the breakfast was really not delicious, please improve it~"

"This time, a large group of families stayed together. The four-person rooms were spacious, while the double and triple rooms were smaller but very clean. There was a laundry and drying area on the rooftop, which was very convenient."
