New Hotels in Madrid

"The hotel is very new, with excellent facilities. Everything is clean and well maintained. It’s about a 30-minute drive from the city center, and there are supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés nearby, which makes daily life very convenient. Although the room is small, it is more than sufficient for a solo traveler. What impressed me the most was the hotel staff. Every single person was warm, professional, and dedicated. In particular, a gentleman named Miguel stood out — he always has a bright, sunny smile and is incredibly warm, friendly, kind, and eager to help. There is also a gentleman named Alex, who was extremely patient and friendly. There were several other staff members as well, whose names I unfortunately didn’t remember. The staff at this hotel made me feel a deep sense of warmth toward the city of Madrid itself. I stayed here for five days and felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again the next time I return to Madrid."

"Located in the very city center, it's incredibly convenient to get around. The hotel is newly renovated with excellent facilities and amenities. It has a Japanese style, but the bathroom had a slight odor, perhaps due to the new renovation. We arrived around 5 PM, and the front desk had already closed; we had to use WhatsApp to contact the hotel for self-service check-in. However, the hotel responded very quickly, and it was done in no time. The room also had a nice little feature: a small balcony where you could comfortably use your phone or read. Overall, it was a very good experience (there are delicious Chinese restaurants nearby, just a 5-minute walk away)."

"The property is newly built. When we arrived, the systems were practically being tested, and a few things were still missing. We checked in quickly and went to our rooms. One of the two rooms had a short circuit in the electrical system. We called maintenance to change rooms and were immediately given a room of the same standard. The room was very clean, but the gap between the beds was practically nonexistent. The bathroom doesn't have a key lock, only a handle. The soaps were present and of good quality. The heating didn't work on the second night, and we were forced to call reception, who assured us it would be fixed in twenty minutes. In fact, we waited past 1:00 AM. On the third day, our keys were demagnetized, and we had to wait a good half hour to reprogram them because there was only one receptionist working. On the other hand, breakfast was rich and plentiful, of good quality and beautifully presented. The coffee machine was available free of charge during our stay. We've listed the inconveniences, but we think it's fair to say that the staff has always been courteous and helpful, and that some incidents were caused by having to open without proper testing and while construction was still underway. The metro station is about a 20-minute walk away, making it easy to reach. Having luggage is a bit of a challenge. Uber connections are good, and they're well-established in the area, even for ordering food, as the hotel doesn't have a restaurant."

"Received email to inform pass code to enter the room but not correct and cannot get into the room, later ask net bough hood to call them they changed the room and provided new code to get into the room. The room very nice clean , safe and have all you need , kitchen shampoo conditioner shower gel and moisturizer. We can walk to subway within 10minute. We will recommend."
